Led the turnaround of UK and Ireland HR shared services, introduced automation and data dashboards, and oversaw monthly payroll for 4,000+ employees including internal and SOX audits.
Previously HR Systems Manager and HR Advisor at Rentokil, owning Workday HCM configuration, launch and data quality. Before that, eight years at Boots UK across training leadership and store management.
