New Partner Club
Your clients trust you first. We make sure that trust is repaid.
Introduce a client to New and they get priority legal and business advice at preferential rates. You receive a generous, entirely discreet share of the fees.
The Partner Club exists to recognise long-term relationships, not to chase leads. The best introductions come from people who genuinely care about helping others find the right support at the right moment — and we think that deserves a proper thank you.
It never costs your client more. Their interests come first, always.

How it works
Four steps, no small print surprises.
A warm, relationship-based introduction — not cold outreach, purchased lists or automated campaigns. Introductions normally qualify where the client has not instructed New in the previous six months and is not already in discussions with us.
Your reputation is on the line, so client interests come first. Nothing about the Club increases what a client pays, and we will decline work that is not right for them or for us.
Participation is calculated on fees actually received by New, net of refunds, discounts, taxes, third-party costs and similar adjustments. Standard participation is typically 5%–10%. Enhanced or bespoke rates of up to 33% may apply to strategic partnerships, campaigns, launches or specific service lines.
Where you stay actively involved in a client relationship, ongoing participation — typically 5% — may continue for as long as you are meaningfully contributing.
Participation can be paid by BACS, applied as credit against your own fees with New, or structured another way we agree. It is always discreet, and taxes on anything you receive are yours to account for.
What partners get
A small token of appreciation — and a serious one.
Priority access to the New team, preferential pricing on our services with discounts typically between 5% and 33%, early access to selected initiatives and campaigns, strategic partnership opportunities, and the option to apply participation against your own fees.
A complimentary 60-minute consultation for members (subject to availability), workshops, webinars and legal Q&A sessions, preferential pricing on selected services, discounts on legal documents, tools and AI solutions, and access to selected New resources.
Where it makes sense, we join community groups and forums, answer member questions, provide educational content and attend your events, online or in person.
Client relationships are often shaped by several people. Where more than one person contributes, New decides — reasonably and in good faith — whether participation applies and how it is shared, considering the nature, timing and value of each contribution and the client’s connection to your community.
The Club is built so that rewarding trusted relationships never conflicts with client interests or regulation. We may withhold or adjust participation where a payment would amount to a prohibited referral fee or breach applicable law, including SRA standards, LASPO, the Bribery Act, CAP and BCAP codes and CMA guidance. Neither side uses the other’s brand without written consent, and either side can end the arrangement in writing — with qualifying ongoing participation continuing for twelve months afterwards in most cases.
This page is a plain-English summary. The full Partner Club (Referral Club) Terms govern membership, participation rates, attribution, termination and compliance.
